6 month One-on-One Mentorship with Theresa C. Dintino
This offering emerges after twelve years of providing stick divinations for so many wonderful people and witnessing a need: There are many people holding great gifts who don’t know how to work with them. There are people carrying personal spiritual lineages, biological or otherwise, that are waiting to reconnect with them. There are others who need a little guidance to help them on their way no matter at what level they are currently working.
I am offering these mentorships for all the above reasons and more. We will set off on a journey of discovery and go where we are led.
6 month one-on-one mentorship, remote or in person, to help you reclaim a lineage and/or learn how to best utilize your own spiritual gifts. Depending on what you need, this mentorship will offer basic or advanced teaching about your personal medicine path.

Spiritual Care For Planet Earth
The subject of tending to the Earth is one that can be extremely painful at this time. Many of us find ourselves in a state of despair over what is happening to the planet and not knowing how to act. It is important to assert certain teachings to help the medicine person who wants to stay engaged despite the annihilation and collapse of lifesystems that is currently occurring on our planet. We can be activists and engage in all kinds of ecological solutions from a science-based perspective. We can work toward legislation on the political level to offer much-needed protections. All of these activities are critically important. In this class, we are engaging with the spiritual dimensions of this subject.
In this class we will:
- Delve into and deepen our personal relationship to the Earth
- Journey to the interiority or “soul space” of the planet to listen
- Learn about and Interact with the various membranes of the planet to offer support
- Offer nourishing and care to her precious core in a guided ritual

Membranes of Hope
The membrane is the bioenergetic container, boundary, barrier, skin, that protects what is inside from that which is outside. The membrane is permeable, with an intelligence and discernment to decide what gets in and what stays out. The membrane acts as a filter, shield and gatekeeper for what is within the membrane. All lifesystems have membranes from the simple cell to the multicellular, to the complex lifesystems we humans are embedded within. Lifesystems held within membranes are nested within other life systems and connected to other membranes as networks . Membranes exist at all these levels and interact communicate and remain in relationship to teach other and the whole.
Earth’s Membranes
We are held within countless containers of safety. The Earth, our mother, created a variety of systems to enclose us within layers of protection while remaining interactive with our local solar system. The atmosphere and magnetosphere are but two examples of systems created by the Earth that repel asteroids and other space debris, as well as harmful radiation, while allowing other beneficial matter and light in. Layer upon layer of membranes that are permeable, yet protective. How can we offer support to these life protecting systems?

The Village Membrane
Come to this new online class to explore, understand and learn to care for the Village Membrane. Very simply the village is the place where you live and call home and the people and other lifeforms that you share this space with. This space has a membrane that holds you all in a gentle container. That container is the membrane. And that membrane needs support and care.
Here in the west we may use the word community in place of village. A sense of community is longed for by many. Many want to create community but do we know that community is a container that needs nurturing, care and protection? If we are willing to tend to our communities in this way, perhaps it would be easier for us to experience community. We all belong to and inhabit many varieties of community. Whatever level of community you are actively engaged in, they all need tending to. Community is not passive. It is active. Community can arise organically but once it does, its membrane and interiority still need care and subtle tending.
We can support our communities by tending to the village membrane.
The village membrane is held by the trees and other big elements in the system, including mountains, waterways and other important features on the local landscape. Caring for the village membrane means collaborating with and being in close relationship with these components of our ecosystem. The village or community also has an interiority or soul which we will learn to locate and listen to.
While public works takes care of the water, energy, and organization a village needs to operate, the medicine person tends to the soul of the village and its corresponding bio-energetic membrane. Keeping it strong keeps the village protected.

The Family Membrane is the bio-energetic container that holds your family system. There are many layers to this membrane, the immediate family, the family of origin, the extended family. Pets and ancestors are also held within this membrane. There are so many articulations of what we call “family.” All configurations are welcome in this class.
Each family system also has an interiority or a “soul” that we can become intimate with and attend to as well. Tending to the Family Membrane tends to the spiritual and energetic well-being of the family system.

The Family Membrane
When we are growing up, the parents or responsible adults cultivate and care for this membrane for us. As we grow and mature, we create our own family with our own values and boundaries, crafting our own family membrane.
In this class we will explore the contents and interiority of our own family membranes, set intentions for what is required according to what we deem our needs and values, and begin to see if shifts are needed to accommodate those. We will learn how to care for and continue to be in dialogue with this essential membrane that holds us with care as we walk through the world.
Some functions of a healthy and vibrant family membrane:
- A safe space to hold you within your larger community acting as a permeable filter and protective barrier.
- A home within which to anchor, rest and rejuvenate.
- A safe container to learn about relationships and how to interact with the larger world, allowing it in in positive ways.
- A space to feel supported for all that you are.
- A place to form identity and belonging within the larger community and world.

Membranes of Hope
The membrane is a permeable boundary with intelligence and discernment that allows in or keeps out that which it senses is appropriate for the lifesystems within it. Spiritual, etheric, or bioenergetic membranes encase and enclose lifesystems, from the cells in our bodies to the cosmos around us. They contain, protect, and inform our personal souls, families, villages, the Earth, and extend out into the universe.
The Membrane acts as a filter, screening carefully and intelligently what it allows in while preserving the integrity of the center.
The interior “soul space” creates the membrane just as the membrane creates the interior. In other words, the health of the two are intricately linked and intimately connected. All life systems have this design from a cell to a human to a community/ecosystem, and the Earth.
This Understanding and Caring for Your Personal Membrane class will focus on conveying the concept of membranes and their importance in general while assisting the participants to become intimate with their personal membrane.
Future classes will focus on the family, village, earth and cosmic membranes.

The personal membrane is the most crucial membrane of all. If we don’t have a healthy personal membrane, the other membranes we are held within will be compromised. This first layer or container is one we are wise to return to and check in with over and over again, as it determines a large part of our experience of the world.
